Look for the Car Pass first

The Car Pass is a card the size of a bank card or a sheet in the document wallet. It holds the security codes for the car, on many models also the radio code. Do not keep it in the car.

Where is the serial number?

On the label on the radio casing. Opel radios often come from Blaupunkt, Delphi or other makers, so the number can look different, for example with BP at the start.
